Eagles, Turkeys and Toxicity

I want you to think about the bird that represents our great nation. Did you just picture a bald eagle? What thoughts come to your mind? Majestic, proud, free to fly high on the currents of the wind. Making their homes in those last pristine areas of the north. The pure white snowcapped mountains is where many of them build their nests to settle down and raise a family.

In the Beginning God didn't choose to create those 80,000 chemicals that the mind of man has produced in the past 20 years. Perhaps God knew a little better than we how these new synthetic molecules would affect both humans and animals.

Can you see your bald eagle catching the updrafts and being lifted to greater heights as it soars free thru the skies? Those same gusts of air that cause the eagle to soar carry the seeds of death and destruction. Chemical seeds that we human beings have created. In that regard maybe we are turkeys in comparison to the eagle. The seed of the eagle is being destroyed by our toxic, poisons. 50% of the bald eagles are now sterile and this is in what we think are the most pure and pristine areas of our world.

Well, the poisons affect on the eagle has the same affect on the turkeys who made the toxins. Over the past 50 years Mens sperm counts have been dropping by one million sperm per milliliter each and every year. In the year 2005, just 8 years from now a 30 year old male will have a sperm count equalling just 25% of a man born in 1925. At this rate, if we don't change our lifestyle will men be able to father any children by the year 2042?

In the beginning God said to go forth and multiply. There was no need for reproductive specialists with his plan of natural beauty and no toxicity. Maybe it is time to get serious about cleaning up all of our homes. Our planet, our communities, and our very own special temple...our body. Our body house...your body house.
