Breath In & Breath Out

Remember blowing up those balloons at that last birthday party? Those small empty plastic containers became many times larger, full and more colorful with the emptying of your lungs. The first breath that our great, great, great great grandfather and mother Adam and Eve took was an expiration from the mouth of God. God blew life into those first pairs of human lungs as we did the balloons. Gods expiration is our inspiration. God spoke and energy became matter. God spoke and created all that matters in our world and universe. Man does not live by bread alone but by every word that is breathed from the mouth of God.

23000 times a day...that's how many times we are inspired each day as we take the spirit of life into our airways. The energy created as the oxygen mixes with the blood in our lungs is an amazing recurring miracle. The O2 then burns the nutrients and we have aerobic energy Many of us are getting short changed as if there were a deficiency of air in the sea around us. At a recent mall screening 75 out of 90 people had a restriction of their lungs and breathing capacity. In my experience there is an abundance of air waiting to fill our lungs. The problem lies with our ability to take this bounty in. It is like we have arthritis of the lungs. Be of good hope and good cheerthis is one type of chronic inflammation that can be reversed and managed.

To speak a word we must first be inspired, or take in air, the spirit or breath of life. We then can inspire others to greater, grander actions with our expirations which we form into intelligible and meaningful sounds called words. Just seeing and hearing Christopher Reeves as he labors to talk, speaks of the importance of the nerves, the lungs and the forceful movement of the spirit or breath of life.

Relax and let Gods expirations become your inspirationsand BTW God has gifted you and I with the power to do the same for each other.

All together now...Breathe in and breathe out, breathe in and breathe out.
