When 17 year old Cassie left with her youth group to help out those with damaged homes from this spring & summers rains and floods she did not expect to end up in the hospital. While working to clean up the flood and rain damages she was given a ride on a 4 wheel ATV driven by one of her fellow teenagers.
Well it turns out the young guy was not as adept at handling an ATV as he claimed and during the ride he flipped the ATV over with it landing on Cassie’s leg. The force of the impact broke her leg in 9 places with a compound fracture which means the broken pieces of bone shards came thru the skin. This is the worst kind of fracture to have and Cassie spent 3 weeks in the hospital with titanium rods and screws piecing her fibula and tibia back together. She also required a muscle graft and a surgical flapping of the skin to close the wounds. When she finally was released from the hospital she was not walking and had a pic line to continue the IV antibiotics. The wound and the fracture were not healing well and Cassie’s parents were very concerned about the potential loss of function for their daughter who had always been very athletic and active. Her father and mother have been patients in our clinic and I recommended that Cassie be brought in for treatment with FSM Frequency Specific Microcurrent to help the wounds, grafts and fractures heal. After 3 weeks of treatments Cassie is walking on the healing leg and even smiling again. The surgeon and the physical therapist are surprised at the rapid changes and healing that have occurred since
Cassie has been receiving the FSM treatments for her fractures in the broken leg bones. The angry red swollen wound where the bones had pierced the muscles and skin has quickly returned to a peaceful flesh colored region with the surgical scars as the only reminders of the trauma. At this point we will begin to use frequencies with the FSM that decrease the scarring of the injured and healing tissues. We are also treating the frequencies for the nerves that were damaged in the accident as Cassie was experiencing numbness and pain which seems paradoxical and yet often occurs with nerve traction injuries. Oh yes…of course knowing the importance of chiropractic care… we evaluated the pelvis and spine for misalignments/subluxations of the vertebrae and corrected these. The crutches had even contributed to pain in the chest by causing stress and misaglinments of the rib and thoracic vertebrae.
Everyone involved is very happy with the outcome. FSM microcurrent added an essential healing element to the surgery, physical therapy, medication, prayers and love that were all a part of this miraculous recovery.
